The First Ride

I got the chance to get out on Friday and put some miles on the new bike. What a sweet ride. The SRAM Force worked better then I thought. It took a little getting use to.
But not much! The roads up here are all paved but that doesn't mean that they are smooth. In fact the roads that I were on were broken up with a lot of seams and cracks.
The Cervelo and or the Tubeless tires soaked them up. And climbing(not that I'm a great climber) what little power that I had went to the wheels.
Swissstop brake pads? I don't think there are any better on the market. First time I hit the front brake I thought I was going to fly over the bar.
Anyway I got in about 2 hours and Had a blast! Here's to more rides and less work!
Peace and Grease

Righteous Bike, Scott. WTF's up with the red eyes in that picture, though?

Stop for a little safety meeting on your inaugural ride did we?
