I have an Alpha GS30 fork laying around and I have my stock Madone fork.
Which would you use?
I would save over 1/4lb with the Alpha. The weight difference is extremely noticeable when held by hand.
I think the Alpha is a nicer fork on top of its light weight.

13.7lbs with build kit posted above with stock Race X Lite wheels.
12.4 lbs with Bontrager XXX lite tubulars.
Need to shed the weight somewhere. Either from my bike or my belly. Or both. I am 145 now. Ready to rock and roll.

Paint it black! light is tight(.^.)
I am gonna use it I think. It actually looks pretty sweet on the bike right now. I'll use it and maybe paint it later.
Can I cut it once the insert is already in place? I don't see why I couldn't. Even if Alpha says not to I probably will. I think I can saw through the insert. :/
